From the bottom of my heart

Self-Help Tips for the Current Times
Anyone experiencing symptoms that come and go without an underlying medical condition is likely being affected by current cosmic and earthly energy influences.
These may include: headaches, neck pain, joint and limb pain, tooth/jaw pain, skin irritations, itching, gastrointestinal issues, fatigue, dizziness, visual disturbances, ringing in the ears, heart palpitations, chest tightness, feelings of internal chills and heat, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, sadness, lack of motivation, restlessness, sleep problems, and more.
I believe the most important thing to understand first is this: While these energetic processes are unpleasant and challenging, they
are not meant to harm you. On the contrary. Allow them to happen. Relax. Go within and be gentle with yourself. Focus on positive things. Allow your feelings to surface and don’t judge them. Listen to your heart!
Meditation: Strength lies in stillness. You won’t find clarity in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Find stillness within yourself! There are guided meditations available online, or you can look for people in your area who practice alternative medicine or offer meditation courses and similar activities.
Alkaline baths are particularly helpful for: pain and inflammation, skin problems, restlessness, bad moods, sleep problems, and acidification
I prefer to use 200 g of baking soda with 3 tbsp of sea salt. Optional: 300 g of magnesium (Epsom salt).
Important: Drink plenty of fluids! The bath draws waste products out of the body through the skin. Please ensure you stay well-hydrated—before, during, and after.
Bath duration: The deacidifying effect doesn’t kick in until after 30 minutes, so aim for a bath time of at least 40 minutes and no more than 60 minutes! Afterward, please rest as much as possible. This makes it an excellent choice before bedtime. Gently pat the skin dry. The deacidification process continues for a while. Feel free to take this bath 2–3 times a week. Dark stains may form in the tub, but these can be easily removed. If you don’t have a bathtub, you can also take a foot bath. For this, use 3 tbsp of baking soda and 1 tbsp of sea salt.
Lemon balm: Lemon balm also has an alkalizing effect and has proven effective for inner restlessness. I drink 1–2 pots of lemon balm tea daily. Do not pour boiling water over it. I always wait until it has just stopped boiling. A tincture made from lemon balm leaves is also a great remedy when you need a quick fix. To make it, pour vodka (40%) over the lemon balm in a screw-top jar and let it steep for 4 weeks. I always place the jar by the window—in daylight, but not in direct sunlight. Shake once a day! Then strain it and store it in an amber glass bottle in the refrigerator.
1 tsp for restlessness works wonders ❤️
Boiled water: This tip comes from Ayurveda. Water that has been boiled vigorously for at least 10 minutes becomes thinner in consistency. The heat breaks down the molecular bonds. This short-chain water can now bind metabolic waste and water-soluble toxins and flush them out of the system. Prepared in the morning and stored in a thermos, you can drink it throughout the day. And preferably as hot as possible. Those who tend to run hot should drink it warm.
Water cleanses the body. Therefore, it is fundamentally important that it contains few substances so that it can absorb more and flush out toxins in the body. Minerals should therefore be obtained from food.
Nature: As natural as possible. Trees interact with your immune system—did you know that? Grounding works best in the forest. Make contact. Sit on the forest floor, feel how the earth supports you. Let everything you no longer need flow away. Imagine how nature transforms everything that weighs you down. Listen to the sounds around you. Wind, birds, your footsteps, your breath, and the silence in between. What else do you hear? How does the ground feel beneath your feet? How does the air feel on your cheeks?
Observe the trees. They are rooted. No matter how stormy it gets and how their branches bend, they are firmly rooted in the earth. As the seasons change, challenges come their way again and again. An eternal cycle of becoming and passing away. They lose their leaves, endure the icy cold, and then blossom anew. And no matter what happens in their crowns, they remain firmly connected to the earth.
Mindful Breathing: Breathe in through your nose into your belly, and out through your slightly open mouth. Actively use your abdominal muscles to slowly and completely “push out” the breath.
You can say to yourself: As I inhale, I am aware of my inhalation. And as I exhale, I am aware of my exhalation.
Remain in the present moment. There is only this moment.
If thoughts arise, notice them, and return to your breath.
“I am the light. I rest within myself. And nothing else.”
