Buckwheat Bread

Gluten-free, vegan, easy, and delicious
Zutaten:
1000 g buckwheat flour, 2 packets cream of tartar baking powder, 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 60 g psyllium husks, olive oil, 1200 ml water
Mix the flour, baking powder, psyllium husks, salt, vinegar, and water into a dough using a hand mixer with dough hooks.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Then place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it. Brush with olive oil and score several times with a knife.
Bake for 1 hour, then increase the temperature to 210 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
Then let it cool on a wire rack—done.
