The less resistance we put up, the faster we’ll get to where we belong. Let’s imagine we’re floating in the water. Our goal is to arrive. We usually think we know what “arriving” actually means. But is that really the case? So we’re floating in the water. How do you manage that without sinking? As a child, I did this often: breathing calmly, carefully moving my feet from the bottom to the surface of the water, spreading my arms, letting the waves carry me. My own movements were allowed to support my body only very gently, without counteracting the natural movements of the water. ..
