How do you feel?

In recent days, we have been bombarded with enormous amounts of energy. The sun has showered us with electrons and protons that affect our consciousness and our bodies.

Both are of great significance for the transformation we are undergoing.

The symptoms vary widely. Some people don’t notice a thing. I’m not one of them!

It hit me hard: severe pain in the pelvic area, so much so that tears streamed down my face, accompanied by existential worries. Or is it the other way around?

If you look at which emotions are anchored in the pelvis, it quickly becomes clear that the pain is a clear indication of what is weighing on me emotionally.

But there’s more! Because every time I’ve had experiences in my life that had to do with, say, pressure to perform, they were stored here. That’s because we don’t want to—or aren’t allowed to—suffer. When a negative feeling arises, we’d rather distract ourselves or find other ways to avoid feeling that pain.

The flow of the feeling is interrupted and forced to a standstill. So where does it go? It is within us, so it stays there. It is stored in the body.

For a feeling that arises to be able to leave again, it must be allowed to flow. So we have to feel it.

When something arises—pain or feelings of fear—acknowledge it consciously and allow it to be there. Feel into it instead of trying to “get rid of” it.

If your child comes to you crying, you probably wouldn’t close the door just so you don’t have to deal with it.

Of course, you go to them, stay calm, and ask what happened. Sometimes the child cries even more once they’re held in the arms of a loved one. And you let it happen, even if you still don’t know why they’re crying. It takes as long as it takes. Eventually, they calm down, and you find out what happened. You speak to them lovingly so that the child can go off carefree to continue experiencing the world unburdened.

If we always dealt with our own feelings this way, we wouldn’t have any problems.

Hence my question: How do you feel? Do you allow yourself to feel everything? Are you understanding and loving toward yourself? Do you take the time you need so that you can experience life unburdened?
