General Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope
    of Application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries made by Jennifer Eichler to consumers.
    A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
     
  2. Contracting Party
    The purchase contract is concluded with Jennifer Eichler, Emser Str. 3, 65307 Bad Schwalbach.
     
  3. Conclusion of the Contract
    1. The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.
    2. By clicking the [Buy/Place Order (subject to charges)] button, you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
       
  4. Right of Withdrawal
    1. If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person placing an order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
    2. If, as a consumer, you exercise your right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 4.1, you must bear the standard costs of return shipping.
    3. In all other respects, the provisions set forth in detail in the following

Right of Withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://jennifereichler.de/en-gb/withdraw. If you use this online feature, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information about the content of the notice of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall be liable for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

  1. Prices and Shipping Costs
    1. The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.
    2. Shipping costs are clearly displayed again on the product pages, in the shopping cart, and on the order page.
       
  2. Delivery
    1. We ship worldwide, provided that this is permitted by law.
    2. Delivery time depends on the destination.
  3. Payment
    1. Payment can be made via prepayment, PayPal, credit card, or cash (only for in-store pickup).
    2. If you select prepayment as your payment method, we will provide you with our bank account information in the order confirmation and ship the goods upon receipt of payment.
       
  4. Retention
    of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
     
  5. Warranty
    for Material Defects Jennifer Eichler is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB).
     
  6. Dispute
    Resolution The European Commission has established an online platform for the resolution of disputes. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. Further information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
