Freedom

To be free, it is important to let go of everything that does not serve us. Most of the anger and resentment in our lives stems from being entangled in old issues. The feelings that prevent us from simply letting things be are rooted in past experiences.
“Forgiveness means giving up the hope of a better past.”
The fact is, the old issues we carry around with us want to be seen and transformed. In these times, this happens almost on its own and much faster than usual. Of course, this is usually not pleasant. But we can accept and even support this process, and we can view it as the miracle that it is.
Either way, this suffering is here to dissolve inner blockages. And that takes as long as it takes until it is completely dissolved. The magic word is surrender. Surrender, and trust in what is happening. It is for you, because you are a beloved child of our universe. Expect nothing from yourself except care, and be as loving toward yourself as you possibly can. There is no other way here, no matter how great our guilty conscience is, whether it’s about work or other supposed obligations. Whenever something doesn’t feel right, return to where you find peace. Give yourself time and relax.
This is the letting go that people keep talking about. It’s as if you were in a river. When the current suddenly becomes too strong, and you want to hold on to anything you can. Because you don’t know what will happen if you simply surrender to the flow of life. This lack of trust means you have to expend all your strength to force yourself to stay where you are, only to be swept away in the end anyway, because otherwise you’ll drown. You might come away with a scratch or two. But ultimately, this river leads you to the open sea. Here there is only vastness instead of confinement; it is peaceful. And you are free.
The open sea represents our consciousness, which transcends all boundaries. Rest in this consciousness. This is your home. From time to time, waves will appear on the surface. Observe them. Watch how they come and go. Like the inhaling and exhaling. Without judging them. Without getting entangled.
Some waves are more distinct than others and draw our attention because we are meant to see them. The soul communicates with us through the body. Sense how it feels. Be loving and patient. Perhaps you feel pain; then breathe into it and stay there. Often, the sensation becomes clearer then. But you remain calm. As if you were encountering a crying child. You can hear it from afar. The closer you get, the louder the crying becomes. What do you do? It wouldn’t be helpful to panic and run away. Treat your feelings the same way you would treat this child. Be gentle. Reassure it. It’s allowed to cry. For as long as it takes until it has calmed down. Until it feels safe. Perhaps it will then tell you why it is so sad.
There are many ways to find healing support for these processes. You are not alone!
