Centering

From your center, you can observe everything around you without becoming attached.

Let things come. Observe everything from your center; don’t judge anything.

As soon as we focus our attention on something specific, we move away from observing, from the center.

The more attention this thing receives, the more energy flows to it.

Check whether this thing serves you or whether it throws you off balance.

Let your energy flow consciously. Water only the seeds of the plants you’d like to have in your garden.

Either way, you can return to your center at any time.

Be the observer. What do you want your garden to look like? Which plants receive your attention?

They can nourish you, give you strength, heal you, and delight your senses.

Which seeds do you water most in your life? Where does your attention flow?

If you water your anger, it will continue to grow, and eventually even bear harmful fruit.

Be aware that at every moment, you are the creator of your life.

Stay centered, be the observer and the one who sees. Consciously decide what you want your life to look like.

Place a hand on your heart. Let your breath flow freely. Feel your heart beating for you. This is where you are at home.

Feel your body. Does it feel light, or heavy? Feel how the earth supports you. Where does your body touch it? Feel this secure grounding.

The air we breathe surrounds you everywhere and supplies you with vital oxygen. Feel it on your skin, how it gently touches you.

You are protected.

You are loved.

You are supported and cared for.

You can return here at any time. To the silence. To your center. Perceiving everything and resting in safety.
